We have various rate scales due to the complexity that is involved with the size and amount of computers and peripherals that are involved.  We also offer flexible billing such as payment due on delivery and Net 30 Days, as well various plans to fit your service needs.  Contact us if you need something specific for your business.

Flat Rate Pricing:

  • $100 - Basic Diagnostics - We will get to the heart of the matter and determine what the problem is through a series of system checks and diagnostics.  We will advise you on the best course of action in order to get your PC back in shape.
  • $200 - Basic Diagnostics with Repair - We will find the cause of system crashes, lockups, unusual slowness and/or internet problems.  This includes software installation and repair, virus and spy-ware removal and physical cleaning.
  • $350 - Advanced Diagnostics with Repair - This service includes everything you would receive with the basic diagnostics and repair, as well as Operating System Repair, OS and Software updates, up to 2 software title installs, and optimization of your PC.
  • $100 - Software Install/Upgrade - We will install any single piece of software onto your desktop or laptop.  This service does not cover server software installation or Operating System installation.  Software is not included.
  • $200 - Operating System Install - We will install any version of a Microsoft Windows OS as well as all updates that may be needed.  Operating System is not included in the price.  Installation of updates is dependant on the availability of the updates being provided by the manufacturer.
  • $150 - Hardware Install/Upgrade - We will install any piece of compatible internal or external hardware device onto your desktop, laptop or server.  Examples include Graphic/Video Cards, Hard Drives, CD/DVD Drives, Memory and etc.  Hardware is not included.
  • $150 - Wired/Wireless Network install - Share the internet, printers and files from anywhere in your home or office.  Hardware is not included.  Up to 5 devices can be configured under this plan.

Standard Pricing:

  • $110 - Hourly Pricing
  • $100 - Monthly - Includes 1 hour per month with a 10% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $285 - Monthly - Includes 3 hours per month with a 10% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $450 - Monthly - Includes 5 hours per month with a 10% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $850 - Monthly - Includes 10 hour per month with a 10% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $1080- Quarterly - Includes 12 hours per quarter with a 15% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $3060- Quarterly - Includes 36 hours per quarter with a 15% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $4800- Quarterly - Includes 60 hours per quarter with a 15% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $9000- Quarterly - Includes 120 hours per quarter with a 15% discount on any additional services that are needed.
  • $1200 - Daily - Travel expenses are not included and will be billed to the client.
